I have a d300s with a grip. I'm looking for a handstrap that will work well with the grip. And also what plate do I need for the bottom?

I've got the Nikon AH-4 (the genuine thing) you can get them on ebay version 1 is shed loads of £'s but there's a mk2 & now a mk3 for around the £15 mark I think....
Althou the Mk1 & 2 are from Korea...
As regards to the base plate - it comes with one that attaches to the tripod screw underneath the camera body & also allows it to be attached to a tripod as well (no need to remove the hand strap)
Had mine fitted to a D90, D300s & now attached to my D700 (all have had Nikon grips fitted)
They do take some getting use to at first - but now wouldn't be with out mine hence its been with for 3 bodies & no doubt more if I ever upgraded my camera body...
I've had mine for about 2.5 yrs now & doesn't have or shown any sign of wear anywhere on it.. They are leather & are comfy on the hand...

Bearing in mind the original AH-4 was about £60 & still around the £45 mark from HK or £55+ from UK
Dont get the cheaper knock off wanna be's - get the real mcCoy as its worth every penny
