Fed up of waiting for the D700 replacement so looking to go ahead and get a D3s, anyone know of anywhere with stock??

Tried Jessops & Jacobs in Derby but no luck, they are going to try and locate one within their other stores but I'm not holding my breath (Jessops were only showing 4 across the whole group)
 
I have used Calumet and they were brilliant.

I ordered a Manfrotto tripod late one evening and it was delivered the next morning, sp from my experience 10/10.
 
I have not bought from Grays but a friend always buys his nikon stuff from then. Google for grays of Westminster.....
 
I think you will find that all of the above stores have an almost perfect reputation.

Cameraworld and Park Cameras would appear to have them. Customer service seems pretty good from them in my experience. I'd prob phone anyway and usually you get a feel. Calumet in Edinburgh/ Glasgow always good service. Never had an issue online either
 
oh yeah- i'd recommend not buying one from camerabox- even if they promise you on pain of death that they have one :lol:

A quick Google and forum search will quickly highlight any which don't make the cut. But all the stores recommended so far are certainly reputable ones.
 
Grays of WEstminster excellent. I have bought a lot of stuff from them. I'm sure the others are fine also. merv:clap:

Park Cameras customer service is second to none, I speak from experience.

:plusone: tho be aware i was there last week and they told me that a lot of the pro level new gear is selling out due to the issues in japan.

They still had D3s at the time - but I'd definitely phone them before placing an order
 
As mentioned, CameraWorld (Chelmsford) are also a company I can highly recommend as I use them all the time and have to give them 10/10. :thumbs:
