I haven't, however there will be many examples on vimeo, and there is a lot of useful discussion about dslr video in all its forms on cinema5d and dvxuser forums.
7D and 5d2's from canon lead the market really as most video production houses want to be able to offer 1080p video, but the D3s still produces stunning video. The downside of the form factor of slrs being designed for stills rather than video is that the ergonomics are severely lacking for a lot of video work, so rail based rigs are needed to make them easily usable off a tripod. Also, for most stuff you will need/want an external follow focus unit and monitor.
