D5000 help

guys i have a d5000 and i cant find on it anywhere how to find out how many pics i have left on the card? any ideas or am i being a bit stupid

should be on the main LCD and on the strip at the bottom thru the viewfinder.

i just found it after i had posted thanks stupid attack. weird thing is it takes 2 photos for the counter to go down 1?!
