real quality comes from what glass you put on the front of it
I'd expect better form youthe real difference comes from the bit behind the camera...
Wi fi and GPS of no interest but I'd rather save the extra on the 7000 maybe?
I wouldn't get the D7000 over the D7100 as the sensor is of lower quality.
Can you expand on that??? As a number of people have stated the Sony sensor in the D7000 is better than the Toshiba one in the D7100. Nikon have also gone back to Sony for the D7200.
I have owned both cameras and interested how you come to the conclusion.
