D70 Focus Points

The missus has a D70. For some reason we can't seem to change the focus points . It was fine on Monday, the last time it was used. Came to it last night and found the problem.

Can she have changed a setting without realising?

AF is working fine, just can't change the focus point ...............any ideas?

Edit - What a T*T I am .......cured it not 2 minutes after making the post. The lock was on the navigation/ 4 way selector switch

Phil I don't have that camera but I do now & again find something as mystifying & just do a re-set but that is easy for me as I don't tend to have too much different to default

There is a lever surrounding the 'selector' - has that been set to "lock" (the L position)?

You're not the first and I very much doubt you'll be the last! I took ages wondering why I couldn't get the flash on one of my compacts to work before realising that in silent mode it disables it!!! (We're talking hours and me being on the point of sending it off for repair!)
