D700 Battery life - just out of interest

I have 2 x EN-EL3e batteries for my D700 and handgrip. I have had them now for 17 months and both are still on the 0 indicator for their charging life.
Just out of interest has anyone got a similar battery with a charging life of 1 and how long did it take to move from 0 -1.......also, how long would you expect one of these batteries to last before they need to be binned.

I have had two of these batteries for 15 months now, and they have been used regularly. They still show the initial battery quality state and have the same capacity of shots. Seems like this is not uncommon.

Same here.
Had my D80 for 3 years now, battery thing still reads as new, haven't noticed any drop in performance and the cam has 75k clicks.
