D700 blank screen UPDATE

Anyone else had a blank rear screen (apart from white lines) on Nikon D700 please?

.....any suggestions as to how to cure?

.....or is it a back to Nikon out of warranty job?

Took it to Nikon UK yesterday afternoon.

Going on holiday to Mull on friday night :bang:

There is a possibility it MIGHT be done so fingers (and everything else!) crossed.

Fantastic service from Nikon Uk

New motherboard needed

All repaired under Mifsuds warranty

Dropped it into them Tuesday lunchtime and got a phonecall this afternoon to say I can collect it tomorrow nothing to pay.

Off to Mull tomorrow night so well chuffed!
