Hi all.
If I shoot a sequence of frames on my D700, I *think* it refocuses between each shot.
For example, if I've pre-focussed on some cricket stumps and pan with a bowler as he runs though, I think focus changes if my single focus point moves off of the bowler whilst the shots happen.
So is this what happens, and if so, is there a setting that changes this mode of operation?
I might not even have explained this very well, and I guess what I'm asking is "does focus stay locked during a burst of frames?"
Thanks all.
*** I should add that this is with my camera set to 'S' mode, so it's not continually focussing.
