Just started shooting with my shiny new d7000. I made the switch from Canon to Nikon after much deliberation (and countless hours of research)
I can say almost instantly that I have made the right move and the d7000 is simply a stunning camera. The whole experience with nikon compared to canon has been seamless and I really can't wait to get to know this fantastic camera more. 2 year warranty and bags and lens hoods WITH the lens' that I bought (£760 17-55 2.8 and still had to buy a £50 hood)
What has taken me by surprise is how good the nikon flash system worked without having to adjust anything. Will report more on the system as I'm gonna put it through its paces later today
