D7100 Off Camera Flash?

Hi,

I want to experiment in the Off Camera Flash world but need to make sure I have all the equipment. What is suggested for a D7100? I also have a Jessops AFD360 flash. I don't have many pennies spare at the moment so lowest costs possible would be great.

does the D7100 have the remote commander feature on the popup flash?

if so something like the yongnuo 560ex makes a great wireless slave (it was doing a better job than the dodgy 2nd hand SB900 I picked up)
