D7200 viewfinder bubble?

I have a D7200 and a bubble looking thing caught my eye the other day and now its bugging me. I've tried to take a picture as best I can but look carefully in the centre of the attached pic, is this something I should get checked out?
 
it's whack bang in the middle of the focussing screen - wouldn't be surprised if it's meant to be there.

I think its a manufacturing mark, when i twist the lens partially it brings out loads of perfect circles coming from round that. Question is, is it manufacturing defect or is this something certain camera's will have.

Thanks, I guess it must be normal and I'm being too picky. The extra circles were only visible with me looking through the viewfinder while rotating the lens as if I was going to remove it. The only thing visible in normal use is the centre spot.

3 variations of D7k, must be normal then.

I was worried incase it was a salt water mark or something as I only noticed it after my last outing to the coast and looking to see where the spots in my shots were coming from.
 
My 7200 has the same spot, I would say its normal. I only notice it when the power is off

Not sure it's actually got any function, too faint to be of any use and doesn't light up at all. There are boxes that show and light up when power is on.
 
Same on my D750. It's probably the centre point for aligning the AF system or something along those lines. As Shaun said above its the red area for focussing and lights up.
 
Plot twist - Nikon F'd it up and it turns out it's not normal but because they've messed it up over 3 versions of the same camera people believe it's normal! Haha JK. I never noticed that in my D7100 when I had it. I googled it and apparently it's to do with centre-weighted metering and this circle represents the centre which the calculations are based on. Look at page 83 of the manual as I think that's what's being referred to when it talks about spot focus.
