D80 Camera Settings.

Hi all

I have been trying out different camera settings on my D80 to try and find the optimal settings..

Have not managed to find its best as of yet and was wondering how other owners of the D80 have customized their setting within the camera.

Hi mine is set up as follows after advice from one of the nikon forums,

image sharpening - Normal
Tone compensation - Normal
Colour Mode - AdobeRGB
Saturation - Moderate
Hue Adjustment- 0

One thing I forgot to mention is that I DO have to PP all of my images with these settings

I set up my D70s as he advised and then at a later date altered the settings when I felt the urge.

I agree with Plugus.
I did exactly the same with my D80.

Set File Number Sequence to Yes. Stops the numbering resetting everytime you put a new card in.
