D90 or D5200

[Al1944]

In the real world - and forgetting about video capability - which of these would be the best buy (purchase price is the same). Not interested in printing.

I'm leaning towards the D90 as I think it would be much more enjoyable to use but need a shove

D90 better build, better controls, built in motor for older lenses, better viewfinder.
D5200 better sensor, flippy screen, more megapixels = easier to crop.

If you dont need the megapixels or flippy screen(i never use mine) then d90.

How about a secondhand d7000?

Thanks - I've spent ages whittling down to the two

Will stick to the D90 I think - the controls will make it a nicer camera to use.
