I feel people (including myself) are always quick to complain online about poor service but not always quick to praise the good.
I've just paid quite a lot of money for a lens from Dale Photographic. Despite the problems everyone is suffering from Covid, they were good with correspondence, allowed me to reserve the item with a suitable deposit pending trade in assessment, then paid a fair trade in value.
Added to that, the lockdown meant I couldn't trade in person, and their courier service worked well.
I won't have a camera body to try it on for a week or 2 yet unfortunately, so I'm just hoping I don't now possess a beautiful paperweight - I'm sure I don't!
