December morning

Two from this morning. My partner and I went up to Slimbridge but had to make a stop at the canal for me to take a few shots.
If someone gives me stick for my comments a while back about my dislike of 'portrait landscapes' it's okay - I've got my kevlar vest and helmet on. I hated taking this one but it was the only way I could get the shot of the boat I wanted. I could show a different one - pretend I never took it - but I'll be brave.

Always look left and right as I go over the bridge ... nice with the morning mist

Love it at Slimbridge, stay at camp,site there. Like the second shot best.

2nd one is lovely comp and the portrait format works really well here - first one feels a little cramped for me and maybe a needs a wider shot from further back

Great photos, would love you take more of this canal with foreground shrubbery with canal mid ground and far bank shrubbery too, if possible..
