Decent/cheap photo scanner?

I've been getting ready for my wedding at the weekend and have been scanning in some childhood photos. Using my printer it's been a bit of a slow process but all done now.

However, its given me the motivation to get all off our old photos scanned and I was hoping that someone could recommend a decent photo scanner (something that you can put a stack of photos on and it scans them all in).

I'd rather not spend a fortune (under £100, preferably less) but want something that'll do a decent job and is mac compatible.

Any suggestions?

Second hand epson v500. People often buy them for the exact purpose you are looking at, then flog them once they've finished. Worth keeping your eye on the classifieds here, or going on eBay if you're in a rush.

Edit - re-read the post and saw the bit about it scanning a stack of photos. The v500 won't do that, you'll probably have to increase your budget for that capability.
