Hi folks
I know this sounds odd but I'm after some suggestions for a 'cheap' half decent wide/short EF lens.
I'm taking somebody out (new to photography) and I'm kind of stuffed at the short end just now due to having a 1.6 & 1.3 crop.
Doesn't have to be Canon but can't be EF-S as it will need to go on a 1D Mark II
Something similar in range to a 17-40.
Doesn't have to be 'fast' - landscapes / tripod / small aperture use etc
Old models are fine.
Probably just going to scan ebay or something so any ideas welcome.
