Hi all

How/where do I need to go in order to delete a colour profile in OS X (snow leopard)

I can see the profile if i go

system pref/display/color

and it'll let me select it and the screen changes to a lovely shade of magenta :suspect: but the delete option doesn't light up.

If I use the colour profile app I can click it again and view a lovely little image that would suggest the white point is bang on the money :bonk: but again I can't delete from there.

Really struggling to get the iMac to show images how they should be :|

If it's the only profile the Mac has it wont let you delete it as it needs something to work with. You'll need to generate another profile, and select that as the one you want to use

Nah, there's loads of the blighters showing up in there, only certain ones will allow deletion via the button though and the 2 made by my eye one are not amongst them.

Strange how the eyeone wants to make the whites take on a nice pretty magenta tinge :bang:
