Looking at another thread, there are clearly times when an excited wait for a delivery is delayed in transit.
If memory serves me well, Royal Mail, (for example), will not accept a parcel as being 'lost' until 45 days have elapsed.
If the tracking shows that the parcel is with the courier, what should we expect from the supplier if the parcel is delayed?
