Lets try this again after 'database errors' seem to have been fixed here

This one seems to be on the bargain sites too. Considering OEM XP home costs over £50 so it seems cheap for a system to me. Some places are saying its free delivery but it looks like £6 to me.

Again not something I need but could be ideal as a basic surfing or office machine.

Apparently it is also available at Dabs - which BT now own.

There are others also on the BT site including a P4 3.0 at £230.

How prices have dropped. Need a new base station, so just trying to suss whether to buy the cheapy & upgrade parts, or pay the money of around &#163;329 for ones with 1GB ram, larger drive & seperate Graphics card ?

Definately are getting cheap, bought a server from Dell last year for &#163;100, and a laptop for &#163;200 (although you have to add delivery to that which was about &#163;70 inc VAT).
