Denbighshire Floods

Not usually one for landscapes, but here's one of mine of the land near the River Clwyd yesterday following the recent flooding

I wonder if some of these impromptu lakes will be iced over soon, some very good opportunities about anyway especially if it's calm enough for reflections too.

It was -3 this morning, so it could happen
I was surprised by the calmness of the water, especially considering the other side of the road (where the river was supposed to be) had a strong current. There were even 2ft whirlpools about!

I like that, but I think it would look better with some of the bottom cropped off to make it 3 x 2. Also the horizon isn't quite horizontal.

There's something very sad about seeing trees which have been overwhelmed by water.

The horizon is a tricky one, with the mountains and trees making it look a bit wonky. I've used the waterline as the horizon, as this grid shows. Any suggestions where I should place it if its off?
