Perfect lighting! No.1 works fantastic all round due to the outfit and slight grin!
 
Only niggle is the closeness of the top of his hair to the edge of frame in 1 and 3.

I'd crop in tighter, losing a chunk of hair and concentrate on his eyes and expression whilst keeping the same aspect ratio. Just personal preference, of course.
 
No 3 for me- just the hint of a smile is intriguing

Cool looking guy.
Great set of images. Only comment form me is my immediate reaction to #1 was the crop was too tight at the top - just a shade.
