Nice shots but are they over sharpened a bit?
 
Such a great set of photographs. I think a subject would make them more powerful. Just something simple like a silhouette of s person/ vehicle or maybe a tent?

Thanks... are they? They look fine on my screen? Although I am looking at uncompressed images. I don’t think the processing was overboard tbh.

That's precisely what makes them good, no people, tents or subjects. Just nature and a big open space.

They are oversharpened, or perhaps resizing has created the issue?
 
Looking over at the flickr pics I can see a dark line on the hill top, I take it this is a PP thing caused by ?
This is another reason why I did originally say they are over sharpened but as stated by Steve, maybe its because of transferring the shots to here.
