Does the long exposure increase saturation of the predominant colour?

Thanks Peter, I'm not really sure on that as it was taken with the LEE 10 Stopper, and at 110 seconds, or actually with any length of exposure and this filter there's a huge blue cast.

It took a while to edit and bring back the actual colours.
