Developing the new APX 400.

Hi.

I bought a ten pack of the above and have a test roll to develop today. The MDC seems to have times for the old version but I can't seem to find any info for the new version!

I'll be using hc-110 or caffenol c.

Can anyone help?!

If theres no time provided then you'll either have to find it somewhere as someone else might have found one, or you'll have to experiment. Most ISO 400 films are usually around the same sort of time (+/- 2 - 3 minutes except for tabular grain films) so why not use the old APX 400 time and work from there? If their over/underdeveloped then adjust accordingly on the next roll.

Can't help with hc-110 or caffenol but for Rodinal users there is some information here

Caffenol CH, normal time same as any other film.

I actually found some d76 that I mixed in May mans used that for ten minutes. The next one will be in caffenol then another in hc-110.
