Just come back from my Holiday to Tenerife, it seems that every other shop sells Cameras, mostly P&S but a small selection of DSLR`s. I had with me my Canon SX40 but thought about getting a DSLR. Camera on sale were a few Nikon`s and Canon 1100D, 450D & 500D.
Some Shops said the 1100D was better than SX40 other said it was not and that I should buy the 450D or 500D. Prices 1100D from 269e to 189e, 450D about 210e & the 500D 269e, these seemed to be the only Camera`s available, I decided not too.
On returning home looked on the Internet (as you do) and found that those prices not that different, maybe a bit lower but not a lot, then I found this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281165869351?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 a Canon EOS 600D Kit Refurbished for just £330 inc Postage. So I bought it, ordered Tues. mid afternoon arrived Wed. 11.00ish, WOW quick delivery for £2.95.
Looks like new with 12 Months Canon Warranty.
So did I do right?
