difference between CS4 32bit and 64bit?

just got new laptop and wondering the difference as it now has CS4 32bit adn 64 bit....?

64 bit can run with 4GB+ of memory, but can't run some 3rd party plug-ins.

As 64 bit runs faster, I only use the 32 bit when I want to use things like neat image or color effects pro etc.

ahhh ok....hmmm I use dfine quite a lot....maybe its worth me just using the 32 bit?

Also just had a message when Loaded it up to say about a graphics update?

A bit that said image smooth on all zoom levels, know much about it?
