What's the main differences between 5n and. 5r?
 
It now has hybrid AF, contrast and phase detect. But the phase detect doesn't work with all lenses, but firmware is coming out slowly but surely for their range of lenses to be compatible. It also has WiFi connectivity now too, with downloadable apps. A dial, like the ones on the NEX-7 has been added.

Hybrid AF , contrast and phase detect, what does that mean?
 
It has more buttons too like a fn (function) button, which means less menu diving and has a control dial on the top which is also useful.

So I'm in hunt for a 5r :)

Budget constraints so will have to look hard
I see some kit comes with 16-50 and some 18-55?
 
Prefer to spend c.£300
 
There is a 5r and 18-55 on the Sony outlet store for 349, refurb.
