Difference between these 2 lenses

The Jessops one ha RF DG OS and the jacobsdigital ones are all the same price but have different DG OS HSM and SAF/SON/DAF/EOS

Whats that last bit mean, and is there a difference between the one at jessops and the ones at jacobsdigital?

SAF SON DAF EOS are the lens mounts eg SAF is Sigma, SON is Sony and EOS is Canon.

The lens at Jacobs and the one at Jessops is the same

Edit: Assuming its for your 550D you'll want the one from Jessops or the EOS one from Jacobs

You'll just need the Canon AF one (same as EOS).

They are all the same lens, just different mounts and displaying different parts of the spec.

It's a rear focussing (RF) lens with a hyper-sonic motor (HSM), the jessops one doesn't list HSM in the spec but to my knowledge sigma have never made a non-HSM version of this lens, so it is the same lens.

For canon you need one that's listed as canon AF mount / EOS mount / EF mount (they all mean the same thing)
