digital photo frame

silly question - what size should I compress images to for a 7" digital photoframe?

I have a 2GB card and near 300 images to put on (nearly 200 to scan, oh joy!)

See what the native resolution of the frame is, resize the photos to this (or crop them to maintain aspect ratio), save them to a size = to 2gb/300 ie 660kb each.
