As above, the machine is a Dell Studio XPS 8000 running Vista Premium 64 Bit.
This happens perhaps every 10-15 times I load DPP, the result is that the machine completely freezes and has to be manually reset. I've installed the latest version of DPP but it still does it.
I'm wondering if this could be related to the graphics card (Nvidia GT220), as I've also had a problem with the screen going blank and requiring a manual reset when running graphics intensive benchmarking tests..
I know it's a proper stab in the dark but can anyone suggest a way of rectifying this?
