hi guys
just looking for some feed back on my dilemma .
i have a canon 17/85 lens just had a 01 error on the camera ,cleaned the connections did some tests.. i have this error between 17 to 24 mm on the zoom.
it OK with other lenses that i have, so i know it's the lens and not the camera connections .
It will cost me £164 to be repaired .......
So do i go ahead with the repairs.. or do you think i should give up the ghost and just buy another lens ..like the Sigma 17/70 for example , What would you do?..........
