ok, sorry if this is in the wrong place first off....was finding it hard to find a place. Anyway my dimage scan seed f-2800 was working fine with the dimage scan speed software and then, this morning when i wanted to use it i started up the softwar and it wouldn't open as a message came up saying 'can't initialize ASI manager' and i have tried and re tried and restarted computer etc. can anyone help fix this problem? much appreciated, thanks, Mark
