Directfoto - are there any current problems?

I've used Directfoto without any problems for a number of years for online printing. Now there seems to be something wrong. Using their software gives an error message about an invalid response received from the server. Phoning them gets the reply that calls cannot be taken and that you can't leave a message - phone back later. A bit of googling showed some people not receiving goods ordered, but there's always someone with a grouse about any firm.

So, does anyone know if Directfoto are having problems, or even if they are still in business?

Someone on there seemed happy with their service, but they have since moved and seemingly gone very downhill

Also found it seems to be owned by Guernsey Colour Labs - who seem to be stuggling.

7 July: Eleven jobs go at Guernsey Colour Labs as the workforce is halved. A decline in the film processing market and a poor and expensive postal service are blamed.
