After 40k clicks the battery in my 40D appears to have come to an abrupt end.

I see Canon replacements are the fat end of £40; would have bought Ansmann in preference for about half this but Battery Force are out of stock.. then stumbled upon these.

Decent capacity (1500mAh), brand name, 2yr warranty and all for the same price as no-name alternatives of questionable quality off ebay.

Result - just ordered 2

I'd be interested in your opinion on these when you receive them as I could probably do with buying a spare battery.

Will no doubt update this post when they arrive; although tbh I'm not doing a lot with the camera at the moment.

If they prove to be inferior to genuine batteries I suspect it'll show through reduced ultimate service life, so it'll be difficult to tell how good they are until they've been used for a fair while.

Got to be worth a punt for the price
