Disk space usage analyser

Can anyone recommend a freeware app to do this on Windows (Vista 64 and XP preferably)?

A google search turns out lots of possibilities which is great, but I'm feeling lazy and would rather get a recommendation please

Cheers for those. The latest spacemonger looks ideal but is a 30 day trial and although it's probably a one off usage, it would be nice to have something I can go back to if requried. I'll go and check out treesize.

It looks like the older version still is free, but the most current is a 30 dayer. I think I may have used it a long time ago as it looks familiar.

if the older version is 1.4 then thats what im using on xp, server 2003 and 7
