Anyone know where I can get those things that nail along the dado rail of a room and have things hanging down and you clip the back of your framed shots to them and display them without making holes all over the wall. (rented house and all that! ;) )
 
If you hang things from a dado rail, will they not be at knee height?

No really have you tried B&Q or homebase Janice does your Dado have a round top to fit these Picture Rail Hooks

It is rounded yes... but i dont want them all along the top!!

These things nail to the rail that is about 6" below the ceiling (if not dado, then whatever it is called!!!) and strips hang down the wall, clear, and havve clips on so you can put photos more or less all over the wall wherever you want.
 
I see what you mean, those are meant to be so they fit over the picture rail and have string/wire from the frame ,but if your piccy rail is really high string/wire is abit unsightly, rather than strips with clips

'Picture rail' Jan, but we all know what you meant :thumbs: ... I'm not understanding what your after hanging wise ... but try this link.
 
Try wilkinsons Janice, that's where we got ours from.
 
Picture rail, but you need the correct hanging hooks and suspenders.........:naughty:
