I've just taken a sigma 15-30mm lens into my possession, it's a lovely thing, but filters will be expensive and run the chance of vignetting on full frame. Nice of Sigma to put a slot by the rear element for cut down gelatine filters then isn't it. I've never used these but i just had the idea of trimming a bit of grey (black and white) exposed and processed film in there. Is that a mad idea? i can't see why it wouldn't work, apart from possible colour casts.
