DJ Photography

Evening all, i have a m8 whos a DJ and wants me to do a few promo shots for him. He wants some heads shots, pics of his balloons etc which is fine i can manage that without a problem but he also want some shots of the DJ setup with lights and so on.

What would be the best way to approach such a shot?

I done something like this a month or two back, i used my tripod and set the camera to bulb setting and left ii for 30sec then 1min and then 2 min....just mixed it up and go some great results... i will dig them out and show you.

Of course it would only really work if you are shooting while his working in the club/bar.
