DJI playing silly buggers again

So DJI make great kit, but they cannot lie straight in bed. Ordered a Mavic mini 30th Oct and it is showing as shipped and on its way,

I have asked DJI whats going on as its 4 days past their delivery timescale, they have come back saying their time scale is 20-25 days (website says 5-9) so it will be shipped on the 28th of November WTF, its showing as shipped. and it took 3 days to answer my email to start with. going to raise a case with Paypal to get a refund and go from their. and as a side not the UK website says NOTHING about any product being shipped from china, but thats where they are coming from.

Ah! in a way yet another example of "shipped" not actually meaning it has left the building.

I have learned in the case of say rain forest river warehouse, all shipped means is that they have printed the dispatch labels!
