Do I need model release?

[redmonkee]

Hi guys

at the moment my web site has looked like this for quite sometime now www.philcarverphotography.com

Now I would like to re-design the homepage of my site to show some of my sports images as this is the area I am trying to specialise in.

My question is do I need model release from the players I have photographed when using them on the main slideshow to my website?

Nope
