Ive just picked up an old Halina Rolls Anastigmat from a charity shop.
The lens is really stiff and the shutter release keeps getting stuck.
Does anyone know how I can repair it myself?

I suspect the grease has virtually solidified. A good dismantling and clean should see a big improvement.

As to how to do it, I know my limitations! Top tip though, if you do find out how to take it apart do so with the camera inside a big plastic bag, so when a little springy thing makes a bid for freedom it doesn't go far.

It's a low value, made in Hong Kong, c 1960 camera with a fixed 45mm f:/3.5 lens.
Unless you're desperately keen on it for some reason, I wouldn't bother.
That said, you'd probably still need specialist tools to disassemble it.
As to Stratman's comment about the plastic bag, good call if you decide to have a dabble anyway.
This page: http://camerapedia.wikia.com/wiki/Halina_Rolls refers.
