Can't you just ask the person who took the picture or one of the two names tagged in the picture :shrug:

It is by the side of the library. If you walk up the main steps towards mcdonalds and then walk down the left side of the building it is down there. Hope this helps.

Well it is right by there. If you walk down the side of mcdonads on the left its right there. Not many people walk down there so its quite hidden.
