After my thread about selling the Sigma 170-500 and getting the Tamron 70-300VC I've seen this on Ebay, looks realy dodgy to me:

Why does it look dodgy? You have the potential to snag a bargain, if it's not as described you have Paypal protection..

I don't know why it looks dodgy but seller feedback is 50%, one good sale one bad.

Why do you think its dodgy? It has over three days to go I'm sure it'll go for a lot more! If its what you're after go for it. you may just snag a bargain, and as David above says you have complete protection through ebay and paypal anyway.

With paypal protection there isn't a problem,but if you aren't happy dont bid.

Doesn't look dodgy to me. The price will undoubtedly ramp up as the auction nears its' close and has been said you've got ebay / paypal protection if anything does go wrong.

Purely from the only 11 feedback and not even 100%, anyway the price is now 205 and will no doubt rise, wex sell them for 289 with a 5 year warranty so think I'll hold off.
