Just finished reading Don McCullin's autobiography Unreasonable Behaviour. It's the first time in ages I've picked up a book and been unable to put it down until I was finished.
Like his photographs it's brutally honest and uncompromising in its depictions of the horrors he has witnessed over the years and in his reactions to what he has seen.
This isn't a book about photography, you won't find info about camera settings and processing details. This a book about a photographer and how his job has affected him.
I always have had a lot of respect for McCullin and, after reading this book, I have even more.
