Donington - advice needed

Looks like I'm going to Donington on Sunday, a friend competes in a club bike competition, but I've never been and I hear it's not the greatest for photography with lots of safety fencing everywhere.

As a Donington newbie, and bearing in mind what the circuit's like now, any advice anyone can give me to get the best out of the day?

I have a m4/3 camera, EM1 Mk2, with 40-150mm lens and 1.4x + 2.0x TC, so up to 600mm in FF terms, though I prefer to get as close to the action as I can, if I can!

Any help appreciated!

There is less catch fencing on the infield of Donington - accessed by pedestrian tunnels
You will be shooting through catch fencing mostly on the outside of the circuit, but there are places where you can shoot over - or refine your technique of shooting through fences.

You can walk 3/4 of the outside of the circuit and all of the infield.
