They will not be short of well qualified American applicants. where large format continues as a well subscribed craft.
The rest of the Job would suit the associate professor, archivist and exhibition curator type to perfection.
However the salary starting point will depend on experience, reputation and skill level. and more probably negotiating skill.

Although "American only" I doubt few British would qualify anyway.
