Nice tones you have caught. For me the horizon is too central in the image, I think the composition could be improved if you cropped a fair amount from the sky so your eyes were more drawn towards the driftwood. At present I find that the sky distracts from that driftwood.

hard choice on some pics though....knowing where and if it should be cropped.... thx for the feedback anyway
 
try putting the horizon a third of the way down...
 
I like the original very much. I often have very centered horizons too, I always forget.
 
For me the crop works much better
