Drowning in pictures.............................

And I see that today, they post a montage of summer pictures from across the country...naturally, without any credits or even acknowledgement as to where they got the pictures from - presumably their readers but who knows.... I mean, its fairly niche and unimportant article, down to a mere 6th on their Most Read chart...

never mind, could be worse, could have your name squashed into a small box so it can't be read whilst some annoying announcer shouts at the viewers...
 
On 9/11/2001, the guardian had several thousand pictures (3000 or so iirc) hit their wire, and that was a record ever.

At the grammies the other week, they had 29,000 that day... not a record.

ah the democratization of digital...
